- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1- 15 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3-4 cups cubed bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat in eggs. Mix in the pineapple with a spoon and then fold in the cubed bread gently. Spoon into a greased 2 qt baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes or until top is browned and filling is set. Serve warm with a drizzle of condensed milk on top or a scoop of ice cream. This is also delicious served cold.
